Asian Spaghetti

My apologies for my lack of food posts! The recipe below should make up for it though. Super easy and delish Asian Spaghetti. I did tweak the recipe just a bit to make it my own. I added: baby bok choy, chicken, red bell pepper and celery to mine. Baby corn would have been good too!
I started off by cooking my chicken. Once that was done, I removed the chicken from the pan and placed on a plate and covered with foil. Then I picked up the recipe from there (start sauteeing those veggies!) Right before I tossed everything together, I cut up 1 cooked chicken breast into bite-size pieces and added to the mix. Enjoy hot or cold!


Season chicken with salt & pepper (I cooked up 3 chicken breast but only used one in the actual dish)
