SUPER Delish Swordfish

My Dad (GMC) makes a mean grilled swordfish! He slathers Hellmann's Mayonnaise on a swordfish steak, wraps it in aluminum foil and cooks it on the grill...the result...a super moist and flavorful piece of fish! Last night I decided to make my own version. I did tweak the recipe a bit. Below is what I did:

Swordfish Steak (1lb is perfect for 2 ppl)
2 cups of Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1/4 cup of fresh chopped dill
Juice from 2 Lemons
Salt & Pepper
1 Zucchini
1 Squash
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
For the Fish:
Mix the Mayo, Lemon Juice, Dill, Salt & Pepper in a bowl. Rinse the fish under cold water and pat dry. Pour Mayo mixture all over fish (both sides) and place on aluminum foil. Place another piece of foil over the top of the fish and seal all edges creating a packet. Put Swordfish packet in oven for 15min.

For the Veggies:
Slice Zucchini & Squash. Place on aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil. Add to cloves of garlic (don't chop), salt & pepper; toss. Add another piece of foil to the top, seal to create packet. Place in over with the fish for 15minutes.

*Cook Veggies & Fish at the same time
