BEST Blueberry Crumb Cake

Ok, I have found such a "wow" factor recipe! This blueberry crumble cake is off the charts! This cake definitely impresses! It's pretty easy and a great recipe to be able to whip up if you have guests in town or you just want a little treat for yourself.  This cake is also great at room temperature or heated up!
(Not the healthiest, but we all need to satisfy our sweet tooth every now and then!)

Ingredients

Cake:
4 Tablespoons Butter, softened
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Large Egg
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
3 Cups Fresh Blueberries

Topping:
4 Tablespoons of Butter, softened
1/2 Cup packed Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Grease and flour a 9-inch square baking pan. Heat oven to 375°.
Cream 4 tablespoons of butter with 3/4 cup granulated sugar; add egg and vanilla and beat until smooth and well blended. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl. Add the dry mixture to the butter mixture alternately with 1/2 cup buttermilk, beating until smooth. Gently stir in blueberries. Spread the batter in the prepared baking pan. For topping, combine topping ingredients and blend well to form crumbs.
Sprinkle topping crumbs over batter and bake the cake for 35-40 minutes
