A Fall Pork Chop

The other night I was looking for a new way to jazz up a pork chop. I had an onion and some apples on hand so I thought I'd try to incorporate those into the dish. I basically made up this recipe as I went along.
Below is what I did:
Sautee 1/2 an onion

Salt, Pepper, Sage and Rosemary

Remove onion from pan once it is translucent
Turn pan up to Med-High heat and add pork chops

Sear for 3 minutes on each side
Cut 1 apple into thin slices
Remove chops and add 1 cup of white wine and deglaze the pan. Add onions back in and apples and cook for 3 minutes on Med heat

Add chops back into the pan and cook for 10 minutes
