Hey Everyone! So recently (last 3-4 months) I have been feeling like an 80yr old woman when I get out of bed in the morning. I'm super achy and sore...I blame a certain 30lb, 10 month old named Jack. Carrying him around certainly has taken a toll on my body. I've gone thru phases of doing yoga here and there (the first picture below sums up my relationship with yoga as of late,) but I think I'm going to really commit to doing yoga once a day. I mean we hear so many great things about yoga (here) especially the rockin bod you can have and I am pretty excited about being able to get out of bed without hearing things crack! Yoga is great because you don't need a gym or an instructor, you just need a little space in your living room and Google a few yoga poses on your iPad! So here I go...making the commitment. Also, who doesn't love the excuse to go out and buy some new cute yoga clothes!
