Oldie But Goodie

Hey Everyone! Linguini & Clams has become a staple in our home. It is super easy yet elegant at the same time. It is a good meal to whip up mid-week or perfect for a dinner party! Below is what I did:

2 Shallots, chopped
2 Tablespoons of Butter
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of Anchovy Paste (even if you don't like anchovies, this ingredient is a must!)
2 Cups of White Wine
2 Cups of Chicken Stock
1 Lemon (zest and juice)
Handful of Parsley, chopped
15 Clams Per Person
Favorite Brand of Linguini

Melt butter and olive oil over medium heat

Add shallots until translucent (about 5 minutes)

Wash clams

Add anchovy paste and cook for 3 minutes

Add wine

Add chicken stock and bring to a boil

Zest & juice from 1 lemon and add to pan

LOVE this pasta

Once pot has come to a boil add clams and cover for 3-5minutes

Finish with parsley and enjoy!
